Shift the dial on wellbeing with a proactive, preventative framework

Competent leaders your team trusts

HeyPenny develops high-performing leaders by deepening their understanding of psychosocial stress—why it happens, how it shows up, and how to respond. This knowledge empowers leaders to hold meaningful wellbeing discussions, fostering trust and stronger relationships. Through effective communication, challenges become growth opportunities, shifting and uplifting workplace cultures.

Conversations that change cultures

At HeyPenny, we transform workplaces by addressing issues at their root. Our proactive wellbeing framework educates leaders and employees on psychosocial risks and enhances communication skills, fostering a culture of prevention and care. By dealing with root causes, we short circuit problems, removing them over time. This creates high-trust relationships and empowers teams to handle issues as they arise, making proactive care a natural part of your workplace.

“HeyPenny will support wellbeing manager-led conversations that are structured around factors that have the potential to harm mental wellbeing as well as those that can protect their wellbeing.”
